and another thing

Some more things I learned today - advanced breathing exercises used ALOT more stomach muscle then I EVER realized, and if I ever had to punch someone in the face I'd probably break my wrist cause I can't even do ONE knuckle push-up.  Thirdly, I'd be lucky to kick someone in the stomach, there's no way I'm gonna be doing any head kicking... Oi.  Can't wait to get back into shape.  Soon... at least I have a goal to work towards.
